ABHA MAYE ADITI TRUST
LEGAL NOTICE: Notice of Trust.
This Notice of Trust is made on this 26 day of July 2024, by Irisbelle Garcia Toledo, hereinafter Settlor.
The Trust is known as the ABHA MAYE ADITI TRUST, hereinafter the Trust.
The settlor has transferred and conveyed all personal, private and legal ownership, rights, titles, interests, all personal property, tangible and intangible property, biological property, intellectual property, personal data, human capital, signature, and private rights.
The purpose of this Trust is to provide for the protection of private property, private rights of trusteeship, and the sustainability of the membership.
Under the Declaration of Trust dated 11 September 2023 it is resolved that the Trustee is Abha-Mayé Aditi, hereinafter Trustee.
TRUSTEE DUTIES
I. Protect Trust property and Rights.
II. Distribute benefits to beneficiaries as they become available.
III. Expand trust property and membership as necessary.
IV. Fulfill Trust obligations worldwide.
V. Maintain Trust under the Common Law.
VI. Oblige to beneficiaries at all times.
VII. Prioritize performance of Trust duties.
VIII. Travel as necessary to perform Trust obligations.
XI. Keep accounting of Trust expenses and trusteeship.
X. Keep Trust meetings as scheduled and keep minutes of meetings that take place.
TRUSTEE POWER
I. Authorized to travel, contract, sue, defend, settle, purchase property, apply for benefits and perform other lawful activities.
II. Issue certificates of beneficial interest and scrip for use within the Trust's jurisdiction.
III. Establish other private Trusts for the purpose of carrying out the purposes of this Trust.
